Cordia Events (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we protect it and what your rights are, in line with Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).

Information we collect
- Quote request form: name, email, phone (optional), type of event, team size and message.
- Needs questionnaire (optional): your answers about your needs, so we can recommend suitable options.
- Business outreach: for companies that have not yet contacted us, we use professional contact details published on their websites. Every message identifies us clearly and explains how to unsubscribe.
- Website usage: our site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic (pages visited, referral source, device type). This data is aggregated.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote or a call with an advisor.
- To send you follow-ups for your request: acknowledgement, reminders and call confirmation.
- To improve our website and services using traffic statistics.
- Business prospecting, only toward companies, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. It is accessible only to the Cordia Events team and to the technical providers who help us run the website and email (hosting, email service, Google Analytics). These providers use it only to deliver those services to us.
Retention
We keep quote requests and outreach records for 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Our site uses measurement cookies (Google Analytics). You can refuse them in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our communications at any time. Write to info@cordiaevents.ca. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information: restricted access, secure connections (HTTPS) and hosting with an established provider.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
